該機(jī)采用全封閉形式,配有三級凈化裝置，過濾后的空氣達(dá)十萬級要求。筒體裝有冷壁裝置,使壁溫＜80℃,物料在壁上停留不會有焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象,大大增加了收粉率(達(dá)95%以上),而且不會產(chǎn)生混藥現(xiàn)象和粘壁現(xiàn)象。

基本原理:中藥浸膏高速離心噴霧裝置是離心式噴霧干燥技術(shù)在特定物料干燥中的應(yīng)用，也是利用高速離心式霧化器使物料分散成霧狀，與熱空所充分接觸，完成瞬間干燥，形成粉狀成品的干燥裝置。

中藥浸膏專用噴霧干燥機(jī)是專門用來解決中藥浸膏和植物提取液的噴霧干燥機(jī)，它解決了物料在原LPG高速噴霧干燥機(jī)在中藥浸膏干燥中出現(xiàn)的以下情況：

.物料粘壁，收粉率低;

.物料在壁上停留時間長，產(chǎn)生物料的焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象；

.難以清洗，不符合GMP要求;

.產(chǎn)量低:LPG-150型噴霧干燥機(jī),只能處理50-60kg/h料液。
