鈦棒過濾器采用304或316L優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制造，內(nèi)外鏡面拋光處理，符合GMP標準生產(chǎn)，均可夾套保溫進行高溫過濾。過濾器濾芯采用鈦棒濾芯，耐高溫、高壓、強酸、強堿腐蝕、濾芯可反復再生使用，廣泛地應用于食品飲料、生物醫(yī)藥、化工、電子、生化水處理等行業(yè)的液固分離，在制藥行業(yè)尤其適用于大輸液和針劑生產(chǎn)線中的脫炭過濾。

Product Overview:

Titanium stick filters are made of high quality stainless steel 304 or 316L, mirror polished inside and outside, meetingGMP standard. They can be insulated by jacket for high temperature filtration. The filter element adopts titanium rod filter element, which can resist high temperature, high pressure, strong acid andstrong alkali corrosion,and can be reused repeatedly. It is widely appliedto liquid-solid separation in food and beverage, biomedicine, chemical industry, electronics, biochemical water treatment and other industries. It is especially suitable for decarbonized filtration in pharmaceutical industry, especially in large infusion and injection production line.

【過濾器有多種結構形式】

There are many types of filters.：

■翻轉式：排渣方便，濾液無殘留；

■吊裝式：適用于固體含量較高，結構簡單，再生操作方便；

■插裝式：適用于固體含量較少，無殘液，稀貴產(chǎn)品的過濾。

● Turn over type: easy to discharge slag, without residual filtrate;

● Lifting type: applied to high solid content, simple structure, convenient regeneration and operation;

● Installation type: applied to filtrationof rare and precious products with less solid content and without residual liquid.
